How much does it cost?
The indicative range is 30,000 CZK (Starter) to 200,000+ CZK (Enterprise) depending on the package. The actual price always depends on firm size, type of practice and integration scope. Detail in Services.
For Enterprise, we typically combine a one-off setup with a monthly retainer for ongoing management, prompt optimization and new workflow rollout.
How long does implementation take?
From the first consultation to the first measurable saving typically two to four weeks. Full onboarding (custom prompts, knowledge base from your documents, training the entire team, internal-system integration) commonly four to eight weeks.
We deliberately avoid "big bang" rollouts — we start with one recurring task and expand only after the team actually uses it.
How are time savings measured?
The Enterprise package includes monthly reporting — number of AI calls, hours saved per use case, ROI per workflow.
For Starter and Professional we recommend a simple baseline before implementation (hours per NDA review, per draft client email, per court-file summary) followed by measurement at 30 and 90 days. Without that, savings remain a matter of subjective feel.
Do you work only in the Czech Republic, or also for foreign offices?
We work primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For foreign offices of our clients (typically DE, AT, PL) we adapt — multilingual knowledge bases, localized prompts, coordination with the parent firm.
Our knowledge bases are, however, built on the Czech legal context — Supreme Court, Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Court case law — which remains our strongest competency even in cross-border work.
What if we cancel or stop being interested?
You can cancel within 14 days of signing without penalty. After implementation begins, you pay for work already delivered — not for the rest of the package that hasn't been carried out.
When ending a long-term engagement (Enterprise retainer), we hand over all prompts, knowledge bases, documentation and access to your API accounts. Everything we built remains yours.
